This Gluten Free Almond Flower vanilla cake is so delicious that you will never know it's secret!! I serve it to my family because it is GMO free and only has six simple ingredients: Almond Flour Organic Coconut Sugar, Arrowroot powder, Organic Coconut Flour, Baking Soda and Sea Salt.
To add a special Milkweed&Mango touch for this anniversary celebration, I included a Mango Curd filling with frozen mango from my own tree. Using a modified version of Smitten Kitten's recipe, I simply substituted Organic Coconut Sugar for regular sugar in this recipe.
