Meet the Maker Month: Shea Shumway

Shea Shumway

is a graphic designer living in Northern Utah with her growing family. After becoming a mother, she decided that she wanted to get creative in a more meaningful way so she started The Family Art Shop on Etsy. Shea handmakes the most beautiful family trees with paint and crafting paper designed to highlight your unique and special family history.

I met Shea at the Young at Art Museum shortly after moving to Florida - we clicked immediately because Shea had recently moved as well and our daughters immediately became best friends.

When I first thought of starting Milkweed and Mango I knew that Shea would be the perfect artist to create my logo. I loved her work so much that a version of the logo has been turned into our Milkweed and Mango Signature print!
